Job Requirements
- Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
- Minimum of 4 years supervisory or lead experience in casual dine restaurant or production kitchen
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of financial and operational data analysis
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work varied and rotating schedules
Job Duties
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist the General Manager and F&B Multi Unit Manager I in supervising day-to-day activities of associates
- Interview job candidates and make hiring, termination, advancement or promotion decisions
- Promote HMSHost as an employer of choice within the local community
- Read and understand financial and operational data to monitor progress towards unit goals and assign associates accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion philosophy
- Resolve customer and associate issues and escalate complex matters to senior leaders
- Ensure compliance with adult beverage policies and company cash handling procedures
- Assign work tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered
- Ensure associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Operate cash register and void transactions as needed
- Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures
- Perform health and safety activities as per Manager's Guide
- Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
- Maintain current contact information for all associates
