Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years restaurant management or culinary leadership experience
  • unwavering commitment and passion for food
  • experience coaching, training, and developing teams
  • able to multitask and delegate as needed
  • willing to complete a background check with satisfactory results
  • able to prioritize and problem solve effectively
  • willingness to learn and develop
  • ServSafe certification required
  • proficient knowledge of computers, point of sale software, and restaurant back office software and reporting tools including labor scheduling and inventory

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • maintaining high food quality standards by leading strong front and back of house execution
  • addressing performance issues through coaching, counseling, and conflict management
  • contributing ideas and solutions to increase productivity, retention, and improve operations
  • assisting in training, leadership, and development of all location team members
