Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant setting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in server, bartender, or service captain role in full-service or upscale casual dining
  • Working knowledge of POS/Toast, scheduling software, Excel, Google Suite and electronic order entry
  • ServSafe Manager and TIPS certification or willingness to train
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy and hot items
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Integrity, intelligence, honesty and a willingness to learn and grow

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of manager/management/supervisory experience in full-service restaurant
  • Minimum 2 years experience as server, bartender, or service captain in upscale or casual dining
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails with ability to teach
  • Strong food knowledge including service, preparation, and food and beverage pairing
  • Experience with POS/Toast systems, scheduling software, Google Suite, and electronic order entry
  • ServSafe Manager and TIPS certification (willingness to obtain if not already certified)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of restaurant management
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and product quality
  • Train, mentor, and lead the restaurant team to achieve company goals
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards across the facility
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
  • Develop and implement innovative staff training programs focused on food, beverage, and service excellence
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment encouraging teamwork and staff engagement
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
