Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with enthusiasm and dedication

- Ability to perform physical tasks required in restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Assist in maintaining daily operations and staff of the restaurant
- Execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
- Participate in creating and maintaining an engaged employee culture
- Work and communicate effectively with the restaurant team including general manager and other managers
