Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be Serve-Safe Certified
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- understanding of supervisory practices
- familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- ability to read and interpret documents

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- maintain ethical business practices
- support crew orientation and training programs
- solve operational problems and improve efficiency
