Job Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
  • ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
  • attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • must be Serve-Safe Certified

Job Qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of supervisory practices
  • familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
  • knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • ability to read and interpret documents
  • strong communication skills
  • mathematical proficiency
  • problem-solving abilities
  • serve-safe certification

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • maintain ethical business practices
  • support crew orientation and training programs
  • solve operational problems and improve efficiency
