Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead employee training programs
  • Manage food safety compliance
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Delegate and monitor team member tasks
  • Support General Manager in meeting restaurant performance goals
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality and cost control
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff
  • Ensure superior customer service
  • Organize restaurant service areas
  • Partner with team to maintain safe and efficient operations
