Job Duties

  • Lead employee training programs including food safety and inventory management
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and follow up on results
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance goals
  • Supervise kitchen operations to ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and introduction of new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profitability targets
  • Organize key service areas to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
