Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military service
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
  • Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and organizing key service areas
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
