Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related field
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant major
- minimum 2 years experience in guest services or related area
- strong organizational and leadership abilities
- proficiency in financial and operational management
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations
- compliant with hiring practices and labor laws
- ability to work full time and onsite at the Glendale location
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or housekeeping
- or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years relevant experience
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple departments
- proficiency in financial management and reporting
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of human resources practices and labor laws
- ability to implement brand standards and strategies
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
Job Duties
- verify all brand standards are maintained in each area of the property
- manage the operation of all property departments
- promote Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
- maintain key control program and compliance with licenses and permits
- manage finance and accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivable
- review financial and performance reports to identify cost reduction opportunities
- assist in team scheduling and performance management
- lead and coach staff to exceed guest expectations
- provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns proactively
- ensure thorough new employee orientations and compliance with hiring practices
- support human resource functions and promote a diverse workplace
- perform other duties as assigned
