Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in hotel operations or management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Compliance with company policies and local laws

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel management or similar hospitality leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze operational data
  • Proven human resource management skills including recruiting and training
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local health, safety, and security regulations
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Job Duties

  • Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals
  • Accurately forecast revenue and expenses
  • Manage human resources including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy and ensure staff training on service standards
  • Comply with local health and safety codes and manage preventative maintenance programs
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to maximize revenue
  • Perform other assigned duties and ensure compliance with all operational policies
