Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of experience in hotel operations or management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Compliance with company policies and local laws

- Experience in hotel management or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze operational data
- Proven human resource management skills including recruiting and training
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and security regulations

Job Duties
- Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals
- Accurately forecast revenue and expenses
- Manage human resources including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation
- Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy and ensure staff training on service standards
- Comply with local health and safety codes and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to maximize revenue
- Perform other assigned duties and ensure compliance with all operational policies
