Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- have 2 to 3 years of management experience in business or food and beverage
- basic experience with Microsoft Suite
- ability to coach and mentor staff
- capability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- must be able to work in fast-paced environments and various weather conditions
- must be free from impairing substances
- willingness to disclose any pharmaceuticals that may affect job performance

Job Duties
- Coach and develop team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment
- manage cost of goods, labor efficiencies, and profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial success
- maintain high standards of food quality and adhere to food safety protocols
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance
- optimize staff scheduling and resource allocation
- ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management and strategic initiatives
