Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or GED
  • have 2 to 3 years of management experience in business or food and beverage
  • basic experience with Microsoft Suite
  • ability to coach and mentor staff
  • capability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • must be able to work in fast-paced environments and various weather conditions
  • must be free from impairing substances
  • willingness to disclose any pharmaceuticals that may affect job performance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coach and develop team members to foster a supportive and productive work environment
  • manage cost of goods, labor efficiencies, and profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial success
  • maintain high standards of food quality and adhere to food safety protocols
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance
  • optimize staff scheduling and resource allocation
  • ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management and strategic initiatives
