Job Duties
- Utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations to deliver a wow experience to guests and crew
- Partner with the General Manager to create and maintain an engaged team environment
- Lead and motivate crew members to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations to meet quality and service goals
- Oversee staff training and development programs
- Monitor and manage budgetary controls and financial performance
