Job Duties

  • Partner with the General Manager to create and maintain an engaged team environment
  • Lead and motivate crew members to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to meet quality and service goals
  • Oversee staff training and development programs
  • Monitor and manage budgetary controls and financial performance
