Job Duties
- Lead employee training including food safety and inventory management
- Delegate tasks to team members and report results
- Support General Manager in achieving performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure staff are trained and organize key service areas for excellent guest experience
- Partner with restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
