  • One or more years experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US military service

Job Duties

  • Lead employee training including food safety and inventory management
  • Delegate tasks to team members and report results
  • Support General Manager in achieving performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Ensure staff are trained and organize key service areas for excellent guest experience
  • Partner with restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
