- three to six months related experience and/or training

- must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be Serve-Safe Certified

- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- Serve-Safe Certification
Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing the operations and staff of the restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- participate in the achievement of store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws
- follow ethical business practices
- orient and train crew members
- maintain operational standards and promote customer satisfaction
