Job Requirements

  • Previous hotel management experience with proven leadership
  • Experience in direct sales achieving significant market mix of revenues
  • At least a high school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused approach to improve satisfaction
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 percent, including overnight trips

  • Previous hotel management experience with proven leadership and guest service success
  • Prior direct sales experience impacting 50 percent or more of total revenues
  • Strong financial knowledge
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong customer focus to enhance employee and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Participate in sales calls and site visits with sales team to acquire or close new business
  • Review financial reports and identify areas for performance improvement
  • Coach and support hotel team members to manage wages and controllable expenses
  • Manage costs for supplies, labor, utilities, food, and beverage within budget
  • Ensure ongoing service and technical training for staff
  • Establish open, collaborative relationships with direct reports and team
  • Maintain presence on property and solicit team member feedback actively
  • Hire team members with strong expertise, creativity, and leadership
  • Observe service behaviors and provide feedback to staff and supervisors
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify and improve service issues
  • Interface regularly with customers for service quality feedback
  • Maintain property conditions to meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Administer policies fairly and evaluate team performance consistently
  • Ensure property compliance with franchise standards and safety protocols
