  • Have at least 4 years of restaurant manager experience in a full-service setting
  • Can have fun and joke around while still getting the job done

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your hourly and management team
  • Perform administrative activities like inventory, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Participate in financials including cost control, budgeting, forecasting
  • Ensure food safety, quality and presentation are on par while conducting line checks
  • Support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
