Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role preferably in an upscale environment
- Proven leadership abilities with successful team motivation and operational achievements
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations such as inventory management, cost control, and menu development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations including finances, personnel, and guest relations
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to motivate team members
- Champion staff development through mentorship, training, and career growth initiatives
- Actively engage with the community by collaborating with local vendors, businesses, and farms to source sustainable and quality ingredients
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and problem-solving
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and the community
- Uphold the highest standards for food quality, service excellence, and brand reputation
