Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
- Lead kitchen supervision focusing on food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards
