Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
- Lead the kitchen by supervising food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item implementation
- Manage people by hiring, training, and scheduling restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Enhance service by ensuring all staff are trained and organizing key service areas to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Promote teamwork by partnering with restaurant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
