Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US military service
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
  • Lead the kitchen by supervising food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item implementation
  • Manage people by hiring, training, and scheduling restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Enhance service by ensuring all staff are trained and organizing key service areas to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Promote teamwork by partnering with restaurant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
