Job Duties
- Lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Delegate tasks to team members and report results
- Support General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
- Collaborate with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
