Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to drive positive results
- Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification or ability to pass
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- Commitment to food safety
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
