Job Requirements
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- must attend crew interviewing workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be serve-safe certified

- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret bar graphs
- problem-solving skills and ability to handle varying situations
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
- serve-safe certification required
Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing the operations and staff of the restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- participate in achievement of store objectives following all company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- coach and train employees using company orientation and training programs
- oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality and service standards
- support positive work environment and team collaboration
