Job Requirements

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • must attend crew interviewing workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • must be serve-safe certified

Job Qualifications

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
  • ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret bar graphs
  • problem-solving skills and ability to handle varying situations
  • ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
  • serve-safe certification required

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in managing the operations and staff of the restaurant
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • participate in achievement of store objectives following all company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • coach and train employees using company orientation and training programs
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality and service standards
  • support positive work environment and team collaboration
