Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 3 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to lead and manage a team
  • strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the general manager to oversee restaurant operations
  • focus on guest-related metrics and engage with guests
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • champion change and lead team training and development
  • maintain safety and security systems
  • drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
