Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring all departments function efficiently
  • Assist in hiring training and managing staff to ensure motivated team delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements including brand standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales to promote property increase occupancy and revenue
  • Step into General Manager role in their absence making critical decisions ensuring seamless operations
