Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and company-approved software
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
- Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills required
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to perform assigned duties and comply with company policies
- Must be able to stand or remain in place for long periods
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service
- Ensure all workspaces are kept sparkling clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Provide one-on-one training to new team members
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of guest rooms and public spaces to inspect cleanliness and equipment
- Supervise shift operations ensuring friendly service and guest needs are met
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes during peak times
- Foster a positive culture promoting happy team members and guests
- Assist in inventory management and purchasing processes
- Review and process time clock punches and invoices
- Conduct quality assurance audits and compliance checks
- Monitor safety inspections and ensure corrections of deficiencies
- Address service failures by proper escalation
- Ensure adherence to work schedules and cover shifts when necessary
