Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Proven track record of management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends and holidays
