Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Proven track record of management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
