Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations as delegated by the General Manager
  • Supervise assigned departments to achieve projected revenue levels and guest satisfaction
  • Participate in short-term and long-term financial and operational planning
  • Monitor departmental budgets and review financial statements
  • Ensure proper handling of guest complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Implement programs to enhance operational excellence and guest experience
  • Teach, mentor, and direct hotel staff while maintaining high visibility and leadership within the hotel and community
