Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • must have reliable transportation
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 80% of shift time
  • able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
  • able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • college or university degree preferred
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • basic personal computer literacy
  • strong communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards
  • take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile
  • seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others
  • ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
  • manage inventory and financial accountability
  • serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • ensure a safe place for employees to work and customers to visit
