Job Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization
  • Must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe Certified

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Participate in achieving store objectives following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Oversee crew orientation and training programs
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
  • Support recruitment and staff development activities
