Job Requirements

  • two or more years of experience in food and beverage
  • six months of supervisor or management level experience
  • ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • ability to operate basic restaurant and office equipment
  • physical ability to maneuver inside the restaurant and ascend or descend stairs or ladders
  • good taste discrimination
  • ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment

  • ensuring a culture of positivity and accountability
  • executing operational excellence in food service and guest experience
  • supporting all operational, administrative, and facilities tasks for the restaurant and bar
  • providing leadership and direction to a team of people and business operations
  • hiring, training, and developing employees
  • maintaining knowledge of critical quality control points for menu items through expo and timely delivery of food
  • handling sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
