Job Requirements
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- attend crew interviewing workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be serve-safe certified
Job Qualifications
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of supervisory practices
- familiarity with company operating systems and procedures
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- strong communication skills
- problem-solving skills
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- effective oral and written communication
- reasoning and decision-making abilities
- serve-safe certification
Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing restaurant operations
- oversee staff performance and development
- ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local laws
- participate in achieving store objectives
- execute training programs for crew members
- maintain ethical business practices
- manage daily administrative duties
