Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Ability to read and understand operational documents
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and overtime
  • Ability to work 40 hours plus 10 hours overtime weekly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Strong communication skills to speak effectively to groups
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Problem-solving skills to handle practical situations
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Drive customer service excellence and team accountability
  • Oversee training and development programs
  • Monitor sales and profit growth
  • Manage compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Perform company errands as needed
