Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in leadership, motivation, or development roles or US military service
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks to team members and reporting results
  • Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item introduction
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
  • Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
