- Minimum 1 year experience in leadership, motivation, or development roles or US military service

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks to team members and reporting results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item introduction
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
