Job Requirements

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • availability to work 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • ability to drive and manage workplace change
  • proficiency with microsoft office suite and point of sale software
  • comfortable working in front of house and back of house roles
  • valid driver’s license and current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
  • willingness to transport pets during emergencies
  • prior management experience preferred
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • high school degree or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred
  • minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • leadership experience is a plus
  • ability to work 45-50 hours per week including weekends and evenings
  • proficiency with microsoft office suite and point of sale software
  • experience in front- and back-of-house roles
  • valid driver’s license and current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
  • experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management, or hospitality preferred
  • bilingual skills are a plus
  • excellent written, verbal, and team management skills

Job Duties

  • understand and communicate the companys mission, values, and objectives
  • assist the general manager in providing leadership and communication in financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
  • support in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • create and execute plans to meet sales revenue, labor, cost management, and budget objectives
  • communicate operational needs and concerns to management and regional leaders as required
  • maintain operational excellence and compliance within the resort
  • recognize and reward outstanding team performance
  • analyze financial data to optimize resort performance
  • develop shift leads understanding of financial reports
  • execute marketing plans and engage with local community to generate leads
  • recruit, develop, and manage team members and subordinate managers
  • oversee onboarding and training processes aligned with company standards
  • ensure customer service excellence and manage scheduling and labor adherence
  • train management team to resolve service issues and maintain customer satisfaction
  • enforce company policies and procedures in daily operations
  • lead shifts as manager on duty to demonstrate standards and staffing decisions
  • communicate clearly within the team to ensure smooth operations
  • perform daily audits and enforce checklists and reporting
  • support general manager with action plans for operational improvements
