Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to solve practical problems using various instructions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week plus 10 hours overtime
  • Must work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and perform tasks requiring mobility
  • Capability to work in high heat environments and handle cooking materials

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational manuals
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to varied situations
  • Effective verbal communication with groups of customers and employees

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant staff
  • Drive customer service excellence and ensure compliance with operating standards
  • Assist General Manager in strategic planning and execution
  • Facilitate training and development for team members
  • Monitor sales, profits, and accountability across the restaurant
  • Maintain safety and quality control standards
  • Manage administrative tasks including reports and correspondence
