Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • Ability to manage and influence workplace change
  • Comfortable working in both front and back of house roles
  • Preference for experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management or hospitality
  • Bilingual skills preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience, leadership experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software

Job Duties

  • Understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
  • Assist GM in leadership and communication for financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
  • Develop and implement sales strategy including lead management and conversion
  • Create plans to achieve resort quantitative objectives covering sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expenses
  • Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team performance
  • Implement and track marketing initiatives and local market plans
  • Manage selection, development, and performance of subordinate managers and team members
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing training of team and Shift Leads
  • Ensure quality of customer service and resolve issues effectively
  • Lead shifts as Manager on Duty, inspect results, and make staffing decisions
  • Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and inventory
  • Execute daily audits and enforce reporting protocols
  • Drive community engagement and build local business relationships
  • Use financial data and KPIs to optimize resort performance
