Job Duties

  • exceed guest expectations by delivering on Pizza Ranch product and service standards of operation
  • assist the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
  • support management of guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback
  • drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
  • provide genuine care for staff and guests
  • create legendary impact through service
  • uphold appropriate and fair business practices
