Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in restaurant management
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Job Qualifications
- Two years of experience as a restaurant manager with comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations
- Knowledge of guest service, food handling, and sanitation standards
- ServSafe certification and valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Motivational, listening, coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Financial understanding and results orientation
- Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations typically obtained through high school education
Job Duties
- Ensure all menu items are correctly made to recipe and presented attractively
- Forecast food production and implement the Food Production system
- Follow opening and closing procedures including cooler stripping
- Receive and store products to ensure quality and freshness
- Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Run shifts in the absence of senior management
- Create a hassle-free dining environment for guests
- Ensure catering and take-out guidelines are followed
- Maintain health department and company sanitation standards
- Hold ServSafe certification and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain equipment and clean environment according to company standards
- Complete daily paperwork and manage cash control guidelines
- Participate in inventory and comply with reporting procedures
- Forecast sales and monitor food, labor, and operational costs
- Assist in recruiting and managing personnel records
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
- Conduct employee training and participate in weekly management meetings
- Support disciplinary procedures and manage terminations
- Uphold high ethical standards and promote company values
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Lead personal and professional development efforts
