Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year assistant manager experience in quick service or fast casual restaurants
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours within normal restaurant operating times
- Capability to manage budgets and cost controls effectively

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate the staff to achieve high performance
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Develop and implement action plans for operational improvements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
