Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Demonstrate CKE's Core Values while assisting the GM in selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing top talent
- Execute the performance management process consistently to ensure employee success and accountability
- Partner with the GM and Human Resources to resolve employee relations and comply with regulations
- Monitor and provide training on job duties across all shifts including customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and stocking
- Supervise restaurant operations through ongoing examination of station and customer activities
- Work assigned schedules covering all day parts including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends
- Serve as a role model in resolving customer issues and train employees to meet or exceed customer service standards
- Coach and hold shifts accountable around core operational procedures using company systems
- Assist in creating schedules and completing inventory orders, especially in the GM's absence
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards through direct observation
- Partner with the GM to implement restaurant plans and marketing initiatives
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to take corrective actions for margin and sales growth
- Communicate effectively with team members, guests, vendors, and visitors
- Perform additional duties to keep the restaurant clean, safe, and efficient
