Job Requirements
- Preferably have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Responsible alcohol service
- Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Passion for training and developing your team
- Willingness to champion change

- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure top operational performance
- Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Champion change and train team members
- Coordinate team efforts to enhance customer experience
- Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
