Job Requirements

  • Preferably have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Responsible alcohol service
  • Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Willingness to champion change

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct team members effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to champion change and improve processes

Job Duties

  • Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure top operational performance
  • Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Champion change and train team members
  • Coordinate team efforts to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
