Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Exposure to high heat and cooking oils as part of work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience or training preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience with safety and operational procedures
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to interpret documents and write routine reports
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
