Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong team building and communication abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager
- Lead staff huddles and provide hands-on support
- Post checks in property management system and manage financial tracking
- Ensure hotel cleanliness and address guest concerns promptly
- Assign housekeeping tasks and assist in room inspections
- Manage inventory and handle property communications
- Build relationships with vendors and guests
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote the property
- Assist with housekeeping and cover shifts as needed
- Follow property emergency procedures and security protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
