Job Requirements

  • High school degree or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year as an assistant manager or above
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with staff and retail management
  • Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including weekends and holidays
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Support dispensary staff, inventory, and patient/customer relations
  • Interact with customers and patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to customer and patient inquiries, feedback, and suggestions
  • Quickly and respectfully resolve in-store situations
  • Build bi-weekly work schedules for staff
  • Walk the floor and act as a resource for staff concerning products, services, industry news, and regulations
  • Coach and develop staff, answer staff questions and concerns
  • Delegate tasks to Cannabis Advisors to maintain compliance
  • Work with General Manager to communicate information from corporate retail team
  • Conduct interviews as directed by General Manager
  • Provide staff training on POS system and State Inventory System
  • Oversee orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain company culture and atmosphere within the facility
  • Keep accurate records of all dispensary activity including cash, sales, vendors, and customer/patient information
  • Perform other duties as assigned
