Job Requirements
- College degree in hotel administration preferred
- 2-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a hotel of similar size and nature required
- Preferably experience in a Marriott brand with Fosse experience
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English

Job Duties
- Oversees the operation of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B outlets, Banquets, and Culinary departments by setting objectives, measuring performance, and supervising department heads
- Analyze and monitor day-to-day operation reports, monthly and yearly financial statements, and labor costs
- Meet and exceed the expectations of the associates by utilizing effective leadership and motivation techniques to maximize associate productivity and satisfaction
- Communicate with other managers and associates to ensure smooth working relations between departments
- Achieve desired customer service goals by monitoring service levels and implementing strategies to improve them
