Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and implementation of new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are well organized
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
