Job Requirements

  • preferably have 3 years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling and sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security systems and procedures and computer operations
  • able to manage and direct the work of others champion change and have a passion for training and developing your team
  • willing to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • lead and develop the team through training and continuous learning
