Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- availability to work 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- current comprehensive and collision insurance
- ability to move throughout the resort for extended periods
- capable of moving 50 lbs for short distances and balancing 25 lbs for longer distances
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and reaching
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale software
- ability to influence workplace change
- strong customer service and team leadership skills
- willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- ability to handle cash and adhere to OSHA policies
- restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management experience preferred
- bilingual skills a plus.
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
- minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- leadership experience is a plus
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale software
- ability to manage and influence workplace change
- comfortable with front- and back-of-house operations
- valid driver’s license and current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
- willingness to transport pets during emergencies
- experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
- bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
- assist General Manager in leadership, financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
- develop and implement sales strategies and lead conversion tactics
- create plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management goals
- maintain operational excellence and compliance
- recognize and reward outstanding team performance
- engage community and cultivate relationships with local businesses and referral sources
- execute marketing plans and optimize lead generation strategies
- manage selection, development, onboarding, training, and performance of team and Shift Leads
- coach and mentor team members in customer service and company standards
- ensure adequate shift coverage and labor compliance
- oversee hiring and training to maintain staff quality
- lead shifts as Manager on Duty and manage staffing based on business demands
- uphold resort maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory standards
- ensure all team members meet operating standards and execute daily audits and checklists
- address team member concerns and foster a positive work culture
- respond promptly to directives and maintain effective communication
- handle customer service issues proactively to ensure satisfaction
- motivate team to engage customers and drive sales
- enforce policies, OSHA standards, and cash handling procedures
- contribute to action plans for operational improvements
- perform duties adhering to safety and physical requirements.
