Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with discretion

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling and sanitation
  • Leadership skills to supervise, train and motivate personnel
  • Good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with discretion
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant FOH and BOH
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading the restaurant management team
  • Instruct, train, coach and develop the restaurant team
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring hourly employees
  • Ensure appropriate staffing of restaurant team
  • Maximize sales and profits
  • Responsible for cash controls and company policy enforcement
  • Prepare and execute local store marketing and promotions
  • Assure safety and security procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and train team
