Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent
  • minimum 3-5 years restaurant experience
  • required to read and write English, follow and assign verbal and written instructions and use math
  • training in all aspects of the restaurant including waiting tables, prep work, steam, and pizza
  • thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • ability to speak Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Shape the culture of the restaurant and work towards a high level of team member engagement and guest satisfaction
  • assist with achieving all budgeted financial goals including income, sales, costs, P&L management
  • assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing restaurant team members
  • maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
  • work with team members in creating a positive guest experience and assist with guest needs
  • schedule restaurant team members in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
  • assist with implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales
  • responsible for inventory maintenance, purchasing, and receiving
  • implement and supervise responsible cash management including checking out, balancing, and making the daily cash deposit
  • coordinate special events, large parties, banquets, drop-off catering and carry out orders
  • implement store promotions
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
  • conduct performance appraisals
  • monitor and maintain high quality of service and food
  • supervise repair and maintenance of the store and report safety concerns
  • provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding service failures or guest needs
  • ensure location is prepared based on daily business needs including tables, kitchen, food, bar, prep work, cleanliness, and staffing
  • attend required meetings
  • delegate responsibilities with approval from General Manager or District Manager
  • perform any other assigned responsibilities
